This is personal for us. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Ambassador to represent all brands under The 1937 Group.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand image, fostering relationships with dispensaries, and engaging with the community through pop-up shops.

This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the cannabis market, and the ability to create memorable brand experiences.

Responsibilities Pop-Up Shop Management : Set up and break down pop-up displays, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting presentation.

Posts creative and engaging content on social media to build brand awareness Dispensary Relations : Establish and maintain strong relationships with dispensaries to ensure our products are well-represented and promoted.

Collaborate with dispensary staff to schedule product demonstrations, tastings, and promotional events. Brand Representation : Act as the face of our brand, embodying its values and mission at all times.

Educate consumers about our products, their benefits, and the unique qualities that set us apart in the cannabis market.

Event Planning and Execution : Identify opportunities for participation in industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings.

Coordinate logistics and represent the brand at various events to enhance visibility. Product Knowledge and Training : Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.

Provide training to dispensary staff and other stakeholders on our product offerings. Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from customers, dispensary partners, and the community to relay valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams.

Merchandising : Ensure that all displays and promotional materials are well-stocked, organized, and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications 21 years of age Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role in the cannabis industry is highly desirable.

In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.

Familiarity with local cannabis regulations. Reliable transportation Previous Dispensary experience If you are passionate about the cannabis industry, have a flair for event management, and excel in building relationships, we invite you to join our team as a Brand Ambassador.
